When was the last time you truly listened to your body and soul? I went to my first yoga class in 2019 hoping to relieve stress and tension in my body from many years of playing sports and working as a hairstylist. I never realized how quickly this practice would change my life.. physically, mentally, and spiritually! As a teacher, I encourage finding your own personal experience on your mat and honoring your being with movement and breath. In my classes you can expect to find a balance of challenge and ease, taking whatever you need that day and leaving the rest behind. Come breathe, move, and flow with me!
